for extra discs. Imagine the convenience of total access whether
employees or managers are in the office, on the road, in a training
session or at a conference.
A purchased DVD (or PowerPoint) can be shown in any room at any
time. For convenience, multiple purchases of the title or selecting the
licensing option would make the DVD (or PowerPoint) more readily
available. Basically, if a company needs a "copy" of the title or series,
they should buy additional units or purchase licensing. Showing the
original purchased copy in front of thousands in an auditorium is
acceptable. However, "broadcasting" the purchased copy (via intranet,
internet, web conference, video conference, etc.) requires licensing.
